"Crystal Clear Education and Consulting Llc" is dedicated to your satisfaction. Before purchasing digital/fixed products/subscriptions from Crystal Clear Training and Consultancy LLC, you should know the following.
Hard Goods Returns (ReBrain Box)
To be eligible for returns and refunds, the following steps must be taken:
Returns should be requested in writing by contacting pinar@rebrain.ınfo
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Hard goods should be returned to Crystal Clear Training and Consultancy LLC immediately, according to the instructions you will receive when contacting pinaryukselci@rebrainyontemi.com as outlined in step 1.
Item(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging, in like-new or resalable condition, at the sole discretion of Crystal Clear Training and Consultancy LLC.
Non-Returned/Non-Refundable Products:
The following products are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase on rebrain.info.
Group coaching program. If you have purchased the ReBrain Practice Workshop, you are eligible to participate in the live sessions for 6 weeks. Sessions and training you do not attend are non-refundable.
ReBrain-Pro mınd print Session fee. If you purchased a ReBrain-Pro mınd print session but did not attend your session without notice, no refund will be given. If you have indicated that you cannot attend 24 hours before your session, however, your session will be rescheduled to another day.
ReBrain-Pro Session Pack. If you have purchased the ReBrain-Pro Package and completed your sessions, there is no refund. Your session will be rescheduled if you have indicated that you cannot attend 24 hours before your session. Sessions that you do not attend unannounced are considered used.
